veredictive.com ("VEREDICTIVE", "we", "us") is an online store that tests viral products and sells the ones that pass our review. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

• All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping (if any) are shown at checkout.
• An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors) — if we do, you get 100% of your money back.
• We sell and ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, payable by the customer.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Our reviews and scores

Verdict scores and reviews reflect our honest, independent testing and opinions. They are provided for information — your experience with a product may vary. Reviews are not professional or safety advice.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including the 30-day window and the Verdict Guarantee.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no fraud, no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to interfere with the store's operation.

Intellectual property

The VEREDICTIVE name, logo, verdict system, and site content are our property. Product names and images belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of registration of our company. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
