Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. US orders ship from US warehouses; international orders may ship from the warehouse closest to you. We don't ship to PO boxes for some oversized items — if that affects your order, we'll email you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

United States: 5–7 business days after processing. International: 7–45 days depending on destination and customs. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders — customs

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can add time to delivery — the 7–45 day range accounts for typical delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

Order tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, write us at info@veredictive.com and we'll chase it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll fix it. Once a package ships to the address provided, we can't redirect it.

Delays

Carriers occasionally have delays outside our control (weather, peak season). If your order is significantly delayed, contact us — if it's lost in transit, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
