30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item. No drama, no interrogation.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Used items are still returnable if defective or not as described.

How to start a return

• Email info@veredictive.com with your order number and the reason.
• We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
• Ship it back. Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or wasn't as described — then it's on us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when it's on the way.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — you don't need to ship anything back.
